The radial fan has a vane wheel with a crown of radial scoops round its turning axis. The scoops can have U-shaped balancing elements clamped to their ends. The scoops (16) have at least one groove (32) in which the balancing elements can fit. The groove may run parallel to the adjacent edge of the scoop. The scoop edges may point towards the turning axis of the vane wheel. The scoops may have two grooves, parallel to each other, in which case one is in the leading surface (34) of the scoop and the other is in its trailing surface (36). |
