Passive infrared movement detector for security systems

The detector (2) with a display (4) has a touch key operating system (1) by which the circuit (L/N) can be briefly broken, for periods of not less than 200 milliseconds and not more than 2 seconds. Using programmable logic (3), this can be set to different functions such as system testing, duration on and/or off, coming on at a given number of hours after dusk. The function is visible on the display, and different functions can be displayed.
