The wire clamping collar (10) consists of a semi-rigid wire coiled into at least one coil (11) with a first end having a fastening loop (16) transverse to the coil plane. The second end is folded outwards to form an elongation (26) in the plane of the coil. This elongation has fastening bend (28) forming a recess drawing nearer to the coil centre. It also has a similar pre-fastening bend (32) located between the end (24) of the elongation connected to the coil and the fastening bend. The pre-fastening bend is connected to the coil by a first ramp (34) inclined towards the free end (14A) of the extension. The fastening bend is connected to the pre-fastening bend by a second ramp (36) inclined toward the extension free end.
