Tolerance minimising method for automobile foot pedal

The tolerance minimisation method adjusts the signal output value (P) provided by the foot pedal in the fully depressed position to obtain a required signal value (Pvg) and stores the pedal signal in the fully released pedal position (Pll). A tolerance minimised pedal signal is provided by dividing the difference between the actual pedal signal and the released pedal position signal by the difference between the fully depressed pedal signal and the released pedal position signal.
