The device comprises a cap (1) which has a tongue (5). The surface of the cap is slightly higher than the opening of the unrolled condom, so that the cap placed inside the condom is held in place by the bead (4) for rolling up the condom. The shape of the cap adapts to the opening shape of the unrolled condom depending on how applied. The tongue allows the device to be removed. The device may be manufactured in a fluorescent colour and may comprise a ring (1) with an integral cut-out tongue.
