Motor-Vehicle with folding roof

The folding roof has two roof sections (1,2) that are arranged one behind the other in the locking position. On opening of the folding roof to the back via side a position lever (25) that is adjusted upwards of the positioned front roof section (1), and partially over the rear roof section (2). It is enclosed with a height adjustment system that is adjusted, with the rear roof section's connected rear column together with the roof sections, backwards beneath a roof-opening layout. There are two opposite-lying guide rails (5,5') supported below or in the rear roof section, that are longitudinally adjustable to the front.
