The device is applicable to the securing of fractures of the upper limbs and shoulder girdle of the human body, which is produced using radiotransparent materials and consists of a first articulation piece, a second articulation piece connected to the first articulation piece via a rotational pin, a third articulation piece connected to the second articulation piece via another rotational pin, allowing the arrangement of said three articulation pieces, the possibility of reduction of the fracture in independent and perpendicular planes, rotation means consisting of a knuckle in the form of a ball joint, said ball being joined by means of a neck to the third articulation piece, a collar which allows the locking and unlocking of the ball joint and flanges arranged on both ends of the device which carries cortical screws, said flanges being interchangeable. <IMAGE>
