Cyclic image viewer for recreational machines. Of the type that has a continuous strip 6 bearing the images; as a support for this strip it incorporates a plate 1, preferably circular, connected to a ring 2 via transverse spacers 3, plate and ring being provided with a perimeter rib 4 forming an edge guide also along the perimeter for the continuous strip 6, which is directly driven by a drive motor 7, fixed to the middle point of the plate 1 and which pulls the belt 6 with the aid of a pair of radial, diametrically opposite arms 8, suitably attached by their free ends to the continuous strip 6. The shaft of the motor 7 is connected to the arms 8 via a transmission damping mechanism at the moments of start-up and stopping, and the arms 8 are telescopic in order to match their effective length to any radial variation that may be set up in the path of the continuous strip 6. <IMAGE>
