Also, in order to protect a heating device (10), a protective sheet (18) comprising a base material impregnated with petroleum asphalt, which is mixed with a far infrared radiation material, is laid in a manner to cover a heat source unit to integrally fix the heat source unit between a surface course (20) and a binder course (22).
