<p>To attach parts such as cams (2), gear wheels, disks, etc. to a shaft (1), in a rotationally fixed manner and at a certain angle if necessary, the invention proposes providing the boring (3) of at least the part to be attached and also the outer surface of the hollow shaped shaft (optional) with profiling in the form of circular keying ramps (4), deforming the shaft, after joining of the parts, so that it expands into the recesses between the circular ramps of the cam and achieving the high frictional engagement that is desired by mutually rotating the parts and the shaft in the direction of the gradient of the circular ramps. The torque required to rotate the parts at a predetermined angle can be measured and used to check whether the desired frictional engagement is achieved. As all the parts rotate and the required momentum can thus be measured, this inspection is 100 % and non-destructive.</p> |
