The present invention discloses a process for the preparation of the compound of formula I. A process wherein: a) a compound of formula II is reacted with an organic lithium compound of formula III: Lj-R7; b) the resulting lithium complex is reacted with a compound of formula IV: Y1CO-CO-Y1, to form a compound of formula V; c) this compound in any order, c1) it is axiomated with o-methylhydroxylic amine; or it is axiomated with hydroxylic amine, and then it is methylated or it is fluoromethylated, or it is difluoromethylated; c2) it is reacted with chloroformic acid ester. X, m, Y, R1 to R3 and R7, are as defined in the description.
