Room or location lamp for wall mounting

A lamp has a drive for automatically moving it from an inactive position to an active one, and vice versa. The lamp has a mounting which incorporates it when it is in the inactive position. This mounting is part of an item of furniture, room equipment or ground equipment. The movement between inactive and active positions is accompanied by a change in shape. The drive is an electric motor with an on/off switch. Both lamp positions use end switches to turn the drive off. The electric circuit switches the lamp on or off as soon as it has stopped moving.
