The carrier has several openings at equal intervals and a closed clamp band (41) passed around the cable or pipe and the carrier, passing through openings (70) in the carrier. A clamp part (43) has sections (83) around which the band passes with its ends connected at a joint (84). A clamp element is adjustable wrt. the carrier to pull the studs between the cables or pipes against the cables or pipes.
