The imaging method, in real-time, for spatial imaging of electrons and gamma rays emitted by a slice of biological tissue treated beforehand with radio energy, is characterised by the fact that the tissue is arranged on a platform before being positioned with respect to one of two sensing planes of one or several detectors having micro-electrodes. The position of impact of the electrons and the gamma rays is determined at the detectors by analysing the electrical impulses of the electrons on the micro-electrodes using appropriate algorithms. The two surfaces of the sample slice are analysed simultaneously by two identical detectors arranged symmetrically with respect to the slice, and the sensitive surfaces of the slice being parallel to the slice. The measurement data is processed in a computer.
