Prepn. of rearranged streptokinase (r-sK) comprises: (1) designing an inducing material based on the streptokinase nucleotide sequence, using haemolytic streptococcus macromol. DNA as a template to amplify streptokinase genes via PCR; (2) combining the amplified streptokinase genes and a prokaryotic expression vector to form a high efficiency plasmid vector; (3) transforming host bacteria with the vector of (2) and selecting the host bacteria contg. the high efficiency plasmid; (4) inducing the expression of streptokinase genes; and (5) separating and purifying the prod. of (4).
