Mass production of sintered mouldings with spirally-grooved cylindrical passage

The novel pressure-sintering tool produces a moulding from sintering powder. A cylindrical passage in the moulding has one or more spiral grooves. An inserted core (2), carries a screw thread formation (3) which projects against the mould casing (1). The formation recesses the thread groove into the moulding. Between the core and casing, there is a ring-shaped pressure plunger (6). The core thread length corresponds to the axial length of the moulding. There is an axial bridging section (4) which engages a matching axial groove of the ring-shaped plunger. Core and ring plunger form an ejector for the moulding.
