The present invention refers to a stony floor filtering construction material having different controlled granulometries, which is agglutinated with polymers to form a homogeneous mixture which, after a predetermined period of time, acquires a hardness and permeability of up to 90 percent, and which may be poured into molds so as to mould it in a specific shape. The product is substantially characterized in that it comprises resistance to weathering, compression, a high resistance to flexion, abrasion, moldability, it is not contaminant, and has several densities and uses. This material may be either manufactured in different density and size blocks, in standard measures, or it may be applied on the building site as concrete for floors, allowing high amounts of liquids to be recovered due to its high filtering capacity, so that by providing it in streets or zones normally covered by pavements or asphalt, it allows the ground to accomplish the natural filtering function thereof, without altering recovering of water for cities water-bearing stratums.
