The present invention discloses 4-amino-2-ureide-pyrimidin-5-carboxylic acid tertiary amides, of formula Y, wherein R1 to R4 are as described, as well as the physiologically tolerable salts thereof, and a process for their preparation. Said compounds are suitable for the treatment of lipidic metabolism disorders.
