SUBSTITUTED 7-AMINO-PYRROLO[3,2-d]PYRIMIDINES AND THE USE THEREOF

Pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidines of formula (I) wherein R1, R2 and R3, are as defined in the description, are described. The compounds have valuable pharmaceutical properties and are effective especially as tyrosine protein kinase inhibitors. They can be used in warm-blooded animals in the treatment of bone diseases and other diseases that are favourably influenced by the inhibition of tyrosine protein kinase.
