A dust cover includes a hollow sleeve for insertion into a connector opening and a lid pivotally coupled thereto. The lid is biased to a passive scaling position wherein the lid engages a rim portion of the sleeve, and is movable by an operator to an active sealing position wherein a part of the rim is releasably received by a recess formed on a part of the lid. |
