The recombinant live vaccine comprises, as a vector, a herpesvirus vaccine comprising and expressing at least one nucleotide sequence coding for the polypeptide, this sequence being inserted in a site not essential for replication, in particular among the group consisting of COL3, COL5, the thymidine kinase gene, the sequence located between the COL CHV orf19 and the COL CHV orf22, by simple insertion, or after total or partial deletion.
