The invention refers to an elastic coupling used to permanently connect two shafts of two rotating machines, for the purpose of transmitting the rotation motion from the driving machine to the working machine, used especially for coupling a motor to a centrifugal pump. According to the invention, the elastic coupling has mobile arms (3) connected to sleeves (4) with bolts (5) to one of its clutch halves (2). The free ends of mobile arms (3) are fixed to the sockets of the other clutch half (1) via elastic connecting elements (7), which are part of casings (6) connected to other sleeves (4) with bolts (5) to the ends of mobile arms (3), drawn by extension springs (8).
