摘要 The lens of a detector images projected parallel light on the lighted object located at the distance of focus length. The lighted object converts the intensity of the received beam into an electrical signal. A position calculator(22) inputs lighted object's output and detects the traveling distance of a traveling part(16). That is after collimating the beam emitted from the laser diode, divides 1:1 at a spectroscope, one of them is projected directly to the lens(18), the other is reflected on a mirror before incidence to the lens. At this time, the two beams have the same distribution of wave length but have different intensity distribution.
