When a horizontal synchronous signal is inputted to the horizontal oscillator(10), the horizontal oscillator(10) outputs the horizontal pulse of a regular cycle to the input terminal of the timer IC(11). Then the timer IC outputs the global pulse to the horizontal drive input terminal and the counter(16) of the microprocessor(12). The counter(16) counts the global pulse signal which is inputted from the timer IC(11) to output to the comparer(A12) of the microprocessor. The comparer(A12) compares the signal inputted from counter(16) with a certain voltage value set in the memory part(17) and outputs the voltage difference between two into the negative terminal of the amplifier(A10) thru the resistor(R10).
