The gas oven has a cavity which is separated into a plurality of stages, thereby executing cooking for various kinds of cooking materials, simultaneously. First, the cavity(2) of the gas oven(1) is partitioned into several small cavities, and an opening plate(6) is formed on a hot blast inlet(4) installed on a rear side wall(3) of each cavity(2) and is rotatable by means of a hinge(5). Further, a spring(8) is installed between the one side of the opening plate(6) and the bottom surface(7) of each cavity(2), and a siroco fan(10) is mounted on an oven burner(9) to supply hot blast to each hot blast inlet(4) and a hot blast path(11). An oven fan(12) is inserted into each cavity(2) and has an opened rear side thereof, where an opening guide(13) is formed to open the opening plate(6).
