A side loading/unloading type multi layer parking stand wherein two reverse "U" shape swivel frame are formed by connecting a transverse shaft(12) to top ends of two swivel rods(10,11) and connecting a transverse shaft(15) to top ends of two swivel rods(13,14); four rings(17~20) of four corners of upper frame(16) in a middle pallet(21) are suspended to the shafts(12,15); front end(25') of bottom pallet(25) is fixed to a vertical shaft; the car wheels(27,28) are mounted to bottom surface of rear end(25") of the bottom pallet(25) to be rotated by a motor; and the rear end(25") of the bottom pallet(25) is swiveled by the wheels(27,28); is disclosed. Thereby, it is possible to park plural cars beside the wall of house.
