Disclosed is an apparatus and a method to automatically control a paint process. The apparatus comprises sensors 11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71, analog to digital converters 12, 22, 32, 42, 52, 62, 72, a RS232C/RS485 converter 80, a main computer 90, a raw liquid supplier 100, a raw liquid analyzer 200. The analog to digital converters 12, 22, 32, 42, 52, 62, 72 converts each signal from the sensors 11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71 which sense state of corresponding apparatus into digital signals, and transmit to the main computer 90 through the RS232C/RS485 converter 80. The raw liquid analyzer 200 analyzes the raw liquid and transmit the result to the main computer 90 through the RS232C/RS485 converter 80. The main computer 90 analyzes each input signal and controls whole system. Thereby, the raw liquid is automatically supplied so that the coating is performed uniformly.
