Combined structure for the multi-staged biological cleansing of waste water containing organic dirt material, comprises three concentric ring chambers (5, 7, 12) formed by ring shaped intermediate walls (4, 13). The waste water in the inner chamber (5) is moved by a circulating unit (9), and the middle ring chamber (7) also contains a circulating unit (11) and is used for the anoxic denitrification of the waste water. The outer chamber (12) contains a circulating and an aerating unit. The intermediate walls have penetrations and/or overflow areas.
