The apparatus is for easily installing the silencer. It comprises a base(20) having 4 wheels(22) at corners to freely move; 2 guide rails(24a,24b) vertically adhered to both upper sides of the base(20); roller assemblies(25a,25b) liting along the rails(24a,24b); a lifting plate(30), adhered to the roller assemblies(25a,25b), having a silencer seat(100); a double type cylinder(40), for making the lifting plate(30) move along the guide rails(24a,24b), having a rod(42) adhered to a bracket(34).
