The sensor has two parts. At least one electrical contact track (11,12) is connected to one of the parts and at least one contact (21,22) is connected to the other part and in electrical contact with the contact track. The mutual position of the sensor parts defines the position of the contact on the track. The contact track has at least one protective layer (60) with a deposited layer whose thickness is at least partially reduced at one or more points (62a,62c,62d). |
