The invention is used in the vodka industry. This invention introduces a new composition of cocktail ingredients; this composition includes the terraneous part of wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), coriander (Coriandrum satluvum), ginger rhizomes (Zingiber officinale), and a mixture of water and alcohol. In addition, sugar, citric acid, caramel CA-19,000WS, "Busenfreund" aroma, sweet flag (Acorus calamus), clary sage (Salvia sclarea), dill seed (Anethum graveolens), cinnamon (Cinnamonum) bark, white grape wine "Aligot'" are used. The ratio between the aperitif components must be as specified in this list giving ratios in kilos per 1,000 decalitres: Sugar 1,197,000-1,237,000; Citric acid 39,000-43,000; Caramel CA-19,000WS 0.400-0.600; Aroma "Busenfreund" 0.600-1,000; Sweet flag (Acorus calamus) 0.040-0.060; Terraneous part of wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) 0.010-0.030; Clary sage (Salvia sclarea) 0.300-0.500; Coriander (Coriandrum satluvum) 0.300-0.500; Ginger rhizomes (Zingiber officinale) 0.130-0.330; Dill seed (Anethum graveolens) 0.300-0.500; cinnamon (Cinnamonum) bark 0.050-0.070; White grape wine "Aligot'" 850,000-860,000; Mixture of water and alcohol - quantity left to 1,000 decalitres. Properties of the aperitif: potency - 22%; colour - light yellowish; taste - slightly burning, sweetly sour; aroma - harmonious, typical of wine; biologic properties - improves the performance of digestive organs, increases general tone. |
