Disclosed is an accepting apparatus utilizing an air vent and air flow in a car. The apparatus comprises trays(9, 9a), an elasticity material(12), a guide(13) and a settle slot(14). The trays(9, 9a) at which gears are formed are prepared under the air vent. The elasticity material(12) is installed on the rotation center axis to guide that the trays combined by the gear are rotate as a same degree with a elasticity. The guide(13) protrudes from surface of the trays(9, 9a) to prevent departing. The settle slot(14) is formed under the air duct to guide the trays to be open or close. Thereby, the utilization of the apparatus is improved from the structure.
