To use for construction of a circular water passage, supports(23b) of the oil travelling motor(23) of which one end is hinge-combined to the upper H beams(1b)(2b) of each container and to the left, right H beams(3b)(4b) of each container where one end of each oil pressure cylinder(5)(6)(7)(8)(18)(19) and each guide stopper(7)(20)(21) are attached to the up, down, left, right curved H beams(1)(2)(3)(4) of the water container. And the supports of the oil pressure travelling motor(23) of which wheels are installed in lower left, right backup H beams(12)(13) of front and back sides of a circular mold are respectively fixed by a fastening bolt(29).
