The apparatus makes impossible separating the audio set from an instrumental panel unless the power gets on by a car key. The apparatus compries a locking projection(21) formed on a rear end of the audio set(20) fixed at a center bracket(30); a solenoid(40) preventing the separation of the audio set(20) by locking a plunger(41) with the projection(21); a push switch(42) stopping the transmission of the electricity current to the solenoid(40) by getting pushed by the audio set(20).
