The barbecue inserting structure of a gas oven has: a first driver formed on the side(3) of a cavity(2) of the gas oven(1) and having an inserting hole(4); a terminal(6) formed on the side(3A) of the cavity(2) corresponding to the first driver(5); a first rotating bar(7) inserted into the first driver(5) and the terminal(6) to be rotatable forwardly and backwardly within the cavity(2); a second driver(73) formed on the one side of the first rotating bar(7); a coupling means(74) formed on the other side of the first rotating bar(7); and a second rotating bar(8) inserted into the second driver(73) and the coupling means(74) to be rotatable left and right.
