FIELD: medicine; medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves tissue exposure to a cold plasma torch formed by a flow of gas delivered along a needle-shaped electrode. One end of the electrode is connected to one lead of the high-voltage section of a high-frequency transformer. The device is provided with a source of power, a gas-dynamic unit and a plasma gun. The source of power has a controllable high-frequency alternating voltage generator and a transformer with high-frequency and low-frequency sections. One lead of the high-frequency section is connected to the needle-shape electrode, and the other lead is insulated.
