The invention provides an embossed stainless steel sheet having gold and black colors, and stereo effect on its surface. A process for producing the steel sheet comprises the steps of: 1)puting a silk screen net(A') on the embossed face, followed by masking with an acid-proof ink to divide the masked face and the unmasked face; 2)black color treatment on the unmasked face; conducting 1) step with the other net(B') masking the black colored face; conducting bright etching on the unmasked side; plating gold on the etched face.
