The roast fish cooking control method of a microwave oven without having a temperature sensor comprises the steps of: driving a heater to star a roast cooking, upon the roast cooking; checking a time while progressing the cooking, and stopping a driving of the heater, if it is time for turning the other side of the cooking material, and modifying the time for the turning; judging whether a start key is input while counting the turning time; reading the second heating time from the second heating time table, which was experimentally calculated and previously stored according to a counting value of the turning time, to load it, if the start key is input; and redriving the heater to progress the cooking during the loaded second heating time, and completing the roast fish cooking.
