The vehicle wheel chock is constituted from a parallelepiped shaped box (1) which has an appendage (2) perpendicular to its large side. The box is able to contain a folded jack. The upper face of the appendage is curved so that it can be applied against a lower quarter zone in front of the wheel. The chock has a size such that with its slightly rounded small size it can be fitted inside the spare wheel rim. Under its bottom wall is a central appendage (8) which fits in the spare wheel hub centralising hole. The wheel wedge can be housed inside the spare wheel rim.
