To give a warning, a passing switch(SW3) is turned on, and the source voltage is fed to the input terminal(D) of TCU(4). Then, TCU(4) outputs a low signal, and the source voltage is fed to the C terminal of TCU(4) which is earthed, every time open type contact point switch(S2) of the 2nd relay is on. So, the battery output voltage is fed to the POD module part(1) causing the lamps to be protruded outside of the vehicle, and at the same time, the low lamp is lighten up. Thus, as the pod delay of the retractable lamp is made possible through the preliminarily equipped TCU, thereby production cost can be reduced corresponding to the easy repair.
