Disclosed is an apparatus to control impact to a car. The apparatus comprises a handle oil-pressure cylinder(220), a seat oil-pressure cylinder(200), an oil-pressure control valves(120, 210), sensors(240, 250, 260) and a controller(160). The handle oil-pressure cylinder(220) is installed on the axis(235) of handle. The seat oil-pressure cylinder(200) is installed in a frame of the driver's seat(260). The oil-pressure control valves(120, 210) control oil pressure to the handle oil-pressure cylinder(220) and the seat oil-pressure cylinder(200). The sensors(240, 250, 260) senses each drive state. The controller(160) controls the oil-pressure control valves(120, 210) according to the input signals from the sensors(240, 250, 260). Thereby, the impact to the driver is minimized so that the driving is performed safely and conveniently.
