A TRANSFER AND TENSION CONTROL DEVICE OF TIRE'S SLAB RUBBER

The slab rubber(1) is placed towards the front end of the conveyer belt(2) and transported with a tensile strength by the work of the guiding roller(7) and the pressure roller(8). In case the speed of the extruder(3) changes the pressure working on the tilting conveyer belt(14) changes and its position changes to the virtual line which potentiometer senses, and is provided to the transportation area. So, the speed of the transporting conveyer belt(2) is adjusted by the encoder(18). When the extruder speed changes the conveyer speed, the slub rubber with a proper tensile strength is fed constantly to the extruder with a improved quality of the product.
