<p>The invention concerns a system for fastening a fabric (8, 8', 8'') such as tarpaulin cloth to form a barrier, to a structure (1), such as a building, a building facade, scaffolding or the like, said fabric (8, 8', 8'') having a leach edge arranged for insertion into open fabric-receiving channels in at least one fabric-holding rail (5) which is secured to the structure. The system comprises basic rails (3), said rails being secured to the structure (1) by means of fasteners (4') and having coupling means (6) interconnecting said basic rails (3) and said fabric-holding rails (5), said basic rails (3) preferably being arranged intermediate the fabric-holding rails (5) and the structure (1). Basic rails (3) and fabric-holding rails (5), when interconnected by said coupling means (6), extend in intersecting directions.</p> |
