Flywheel install/removing device of the break tester, in order to stop and maintain the stop situation of the flywheel. The said device consists of a holder arm for flywheel removing that connects with the straight line movement block by the hinge, a holder pin block that is fixed in the end of the arm, a right and left screw axle that operates the holder arm, a groove of which depth is the same of the flywheel.
