PURPOSE:To automate the considerable portion of stop schedule preparation work by enabling preparation of the stop schedule through designation of the facility in a power system diagram displayed on a display while furthermore modifying the date and hour of stoppage. CONSTITUTION:A schedule prepared through a schedule preparing means 5 is modified by a planner and the modified stop schedule is stored in a schedule data storing means 3. A knowledge storing means 4 stores the knowledge which is applied when the stop schedule is prepared. When a facility in a system diagram displayed on a display 8 is designated by a planner, the schedule preparing means 5 takes out corresponding facility data from a facility data storing means 2 and writes them into a stop schedule. Then a reasoning means 6 reasons proper date and hour with respect to the schedule prepared through the schedule preparing means 5. The schedule prepared through the schedule preparing means 5 is subjected to modification and addition by the planner through a determining means 7, and the modified schedule is stored in the schedule data storing means 3. |
