<p>PURPOSE:To express a large amount of an EBNA-related antigen in cells, by inserting a DNA fragment containing the EBNA-related antigen gene in a vector DNA containing a gene expression controlling region derived from SV40 and selective marker. CONSTITUTION:A DNA fragment containing an EBNA-related gene capable of expressing an EBV nuclear antigen (EBNA) specific for Epstein.Barr virus (EBV) is inserted into a vector DNA containing a gene expression controlling region derived from SV40 and selective marker. The selective marker is preferably a gene tolerant to respective drugs of neomycin, mycophenolic acid or hygromycin or thymidine kinase gene.</p> |
