A mudguard cleaner removes muds on a mudguard after an automobile is driven on a muddy road needless of car wash. A slit(22) where a mudguard(24) passes through is formed on a wheel house(20). The mudguard is wound around a roller(32) which is driven by a motor(30). Blades(26)(27) are making contact with the mudguard on both sides fastened by pressurizing plates(28)(29) on the wheel house. The blades are deflected downward so that cleaning is accomplished when the roller is rotated counterclockwise(A) and unwound is accomplished with the least amount of resistance when the roller is rotated clockwise.
