A wooden door and its manufacturing method is disclosed for preventing flaws on the surface and deformation by keeping the panel and door frame from being in contact with each other. The panel (2) is made by inserting binding mold elements (22-25) and a reinforcing element (26) between two pattern boards (21) adhered with a pattern paper (21b) for forming an embossed pattern on one side of the compressed sheet board (21a) made of MDF board or plywood. And the binding elevations (a) outside of the binding mold elements (22-25) reinforces the binding force of the panel board (2) and the door frame (1).
