The front panel(1) is installed, successively upright to the front part of the retaining wall, and on the support ball(11) provided on the front panel, the drain board(3) is connected wherein the plural drainage grooves(31) and the wire member(35) are equipped. Subsequently, the both end parts of the drain board are fitted and combined so as to cross the plural slits(71) formed on the connecting member(7), then the holes(9,9') are formed on the drain board and the connecting member.
