Automatic multi-storey car park with concentric revolving parking rings with peripheral vehicular lifts and a central revolving vehicular lift

An automatic multi-storey car park of underground and/or tower construction based on improvement of land use with cars placed perimetrically in concentric circles, including both peripheral and one central revolving vehicular lifts and specially shaped spaces designed in such a way as to allow vehicles to be placed in any free parking position. This invention exploits to the maximum the available surface area since the surface area required for each parked vehicle is much less than would be required by the already existing solutions. The application of dedicated automation further greatly reduces the time required for parking or collecting a vehicle, thus making the present invention a quicker car parking arrangement in comparison with existing car parks of corresponding capacity. Finally the low operating costs and the modern method of construction described in detail in the previous paragraphs makes the present invention a more economic solution in comparison to those already existing in both construction and operation.
